State Filter tags Indian mobile numbers with their most likely state or union territory based on publicly known telecom numbering plans and prefix-to-circle mappings. Due to Mobile Number Portability (MNP), operator reassignment, changes in numbering schemes, and the inherent limitations of prefix-based mapping, the result returned for any particular mobile number may not reflect the current state of the subscriber. We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, that the outputs of the Service are accurate, current, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

2. Not Professional or Legal Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes telecom, regulatory, legal, financial or compliance advice. You should not rely solely on State Filter results to make business, legal or regulatory decisions. Seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

3. Your Responsibility for Source Data

You are solely responsible for the mobile numbers you upload to the Service. You represent and warrant that:

You have obtained the necessary consents or have a lawful basis under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws to process those numbers.
Your use of the processed output complies with the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR), the National Do-Not-Call (DND) registry, and any applicable anti-spam or telemarketing regulations.
You will not use the Service to facilitate unsolicited messaging, harassment, fraud or any unlawful activity.

4. No Affiliation with Telecom Operators

State Filter and KAKUS ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any telecom operator, regulator or government authority including TRAI, Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Airtel, Reliance Jio, Vi (Vodafone Idea), BSNL or MTNL. Any references to such entities are solely for the purpose of describing publicly known prefix ranges.

5. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may link to, or integrate with, third-party services such as Razorpay, Stripe, email providers and cloud infrastructure. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party service. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAKUS ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
