Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Service — No Physical Shipment
State Filter, operated by KAKUS ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED, is a purely digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. We do not sell, ship or deliver any physical goods. Accordingly, there are no shipping charges, courier services, or physical delivery timelines associated with any purchase made on this website.
2. Delivery of Credits
- When you purchase a credit package, the credits are delivered electronically to your State Filter account immediately upon successful capture of payment by the payment gateway (Razorpay or Stripe).
- In the vast majority of cases, delivery is instantaneous. In rare cases involving payment-gateway or network delays, delivery may take up to 30 minutes.
- A payment-confirmation email with the invoice is sent to your registered email address once the transaction is successful.
3. Delivery of Processed Files
- Processed output files are delivered through your State Filter dashboard under the History or Jobs section and can be downloaded instantly after the processing job is marked Completed.
- Download links are protected by short-lived, single-use tokens for security.
- You may also receive an email notification (if enabled) when a large job completes.
4. Failure or Delay in Delivery
If credits or processed files are not delivered within the timelines described above, please contact us at admin@statefilter.in with your order / job ID and transaction reference. We will investigate and either deliver the service or initiate a refund in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Geographic Availability
State Filter is intended for users and businesses operating in India. The Service is accessible globally via the internet, subject to applicable local laws. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
